Timeline

-X: The time of the Great Cataclysm
0: The beginning of the Great Taming. The 9 races as they are come to sapience in a world of Chaos and monsters and Gods
100: The end of the Great Taming. The Gods create the city of Haven and construct the Great Wall, establishing the Haven Zone.
101: The First Council of Nine is formed and the Free People of Haven are established.
105: Rowal Downheart, the first General of the Council of Nine, begins the campaign to clear out the Haven Zone of all threats and make the lands peaceful.
125: Rowal Downheart is killed by the Old Red Dragon, Arthanvis. The mighty dragon lays claim on the entirety of the Haven Zone and begins to cleanse it of the 9 races.
126: The Great Isolation begins as Arthanvis secures his hold on the Haven Zone.
926: The Great Wyrm Arthanvis dies in his sleep, leaving behind three Mature Adult sons.
930: The Great Isolation ends. Rowal Downheart X leads the campaign to capture the Haven Zone.
931: One of Arthanvis' sons dies in a power struggle between the three.
935: Rowal Downheart X slays a second son of Arthvanis.
945: Rowal Downheart X dies crippling the last son, who is driven from the Haven Zone.
946: Rowal Downheart XI picks up the torch of his ancestors, beginning the Reclaiming.
1246: Rowal Downheart XIV leads the end of the campaign started by Downheart I, establishing the Military city of Fort Downheart.
1306: Rowal Downheart XIV passes of natural causes, ending the successive line of the Downheart name.
1510: The 8 races, having colonized most of the Haven Zone, began to feel antsy and crowded, never wanting to experience the likes of the Great Isolation ever again. Thus began the First Great Expansion.
1511: The First Great Expansion ends after a settlement movement ventured into the Jaegerback Mountains, being slaughtered by the Oolimen there and bringing knowledge of both people's existence to each other.
1711: The Southern War begins.
1741: The Southern War ends.
2141: The Second Great Expansion begins, this time directed towards the Western and Eastern Coasts. The settling of the land won in the Southern War is almost complete.
2161: Fearing another War with the Oolimen, the Council of Nine pass the Black Powder Act, starting the research into the creation of gunpowder weapons.
2171: The Current Year
