Mechi is the fertility goddess who nurtures the farms of the world and holds together the communities that spring forth from them. She espouses the values of hard work and dedication as well as deference to the needs of the community. She teaches her followers to strive to create large, loving families who support each other and grow to create civilization through the hardships of toiling the life giving earth. Mechi takes the form of a glow, expectant mother garbed in the clothes of a farmer, her hands, feet and face soiled with evidence of a long day's work. Mechi's holy symbol is a ripe watermelon; clerics who worship her gain access to the Ancestors, Community, Plant, Resolve and Toil domains.
